The purchasing of raw materials, products and supplies for the organization as requested.

Requirements

*At least 5 subjects CXC, inclusive of Mathematics and English Language,

*Previous experience will be an asset

Responsibilities

Purchasing clerks receive orders from departments within the organization. They process those orders and purchase supplies, materials, equipment and etc. They ensure company inventory is maintained in accordance to company policies. Purchasing clerks also keep records and create reports regarding supply costs.
