The duty manager will be responsible for supervising security, customer service, manintenance and ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Duty Managers will liaise with the Operations and other supervisors or managers.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in field or similar field
- Intimate knowledge of computers
- Excellent communication, customer service, leadership and decision making skills necessary
The Duty Managers tasks will include but is not limited to the following:
• Ensuring employees are offering exceptional customer service
• Making sure customers are happy with the service and products
• Delegating duties
• Assisting store managers
• Helping to implement store policies
•Generally overseeing operations during their shift
• Motivating employees
• Handling cash and end of day checking
• Managing store cleanliness and organization
• Dealing with customer complaints and issues
