Client Relations Manager
Job LocationQUALFON GUYANA INC- EAST BANK DEMARARA-PROVIDENCE
Build and maintain relationship with the Company’s Clients, ensuring effective communication both directions
Review and analyze performance reports and coordinate follow up process for improvements
Ensures a high level of service delivery to clients
Manage contract to ensure compliance to contractual SLA’s
Assess and promote risk management, identifying issues vs risk and their probable impact
Continuous identification of client needs, determination of requirements and capabilities
Manage sales opportunity for existing clients
Sales analysis of historic records vs trends and forecast to identify potential revenue shortfall or growth opportunities
Manage, develop and guide the client relation area and team members in all different locations
Manage projects and execution of work plans
Conduct performance evaluations review for compensations
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration
At least 5 years experience in Call Center operations and client relations
Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
