The Solar Media Team is a marketing organization that began operating in 2013. The company opened its Guyana offices in January 2019. SMT uses telemarketing to provides leads to its solar power company partners throughout the United States. SMT strives to provide a positive, goal-oriented environment for its employees. Good performance is rewarded and doing the right thing is part of our everyday culture. SMT 'makes it happen' for its employees and clients on a daily basis.
Recruitment Process
Once you apply, you will be contacted for an interview. If the interview goes well, you will be hired for training, which is a two day process. Once training is complete you will transition on to the sales floor and become part of the team.
