Total Property Management Services Incorporated (TPMS) is Guyana’s leading Property Management Company and prides itself on being the only ISO 9001-certified Property Management Company in Guyana. TPMS is located at 476 Republic Park, Peter’s Hall, East Bank Demerara. Pryiadarshni Rai, Annabelle Carter-Sharma, and Suparna Narine conceptualised TPMS. They bring years of knowledge, grounded insight, business acumen, and experience. In March 2020, TPMS legally registered and incorporated the business venture as a company. Consequently, The team comprises operations, administrative, and logistics personnel with approximately seventeen (17) hardworking subcontractors who know the industry equally well and work shoulder-to-shoulder with us. And you know what! They have diligently cared for the needs of our customers by providing them with quality and unique services that protect and add value to their real estate assets. Further, we are adequately qualified, possessing the requisite skills and experience to manage any project within the scope of our operations.
